Elaine Morgan
|
With a background in sales and customer service, Elaine has held multi-level management positions with such companies as USA Today Newspaper, Sprint, and MCI. In addition, Elaine worked for a division of G.E. where she managed customer satisfaction levels between local service branches and the national service center. The success she achieved throughout her career and her knowledge and experience of how to provide excellent service led Elaine to become the owner of People Plus in 1993. At the time she purchased the company, it had been in business for ten years. People Plus has just celebrated its nineteenth year in business. In the past nine years People Plus has grown from a market area of three states to twelve states and is still growing. Much of this growth is focused on the company's merchandising division. Since the beginning, Elaine has been involved with the industry associations that could educate her and help her move her company forward. In addition to serving on many committees, Elaine has enjoyed two terms on the FMSA Board of Directors, taking the position of Treasurer during the second term. People Plus has been a member of NARMS since its beginning. Elaine enjoyed the position of Chairman of the NARMS 2001 spring conference and has provided support to the association through sponsorships and committee involvement. This year she is honored to accept a position on the NARMS Board of Directors and is very involved in the association's newly formed Event Marketing Sector. People Plus is also a member of the Mystery Shoppers Providers Association, and the Marketing Research Association.

Beverly Jones
|
Beverly Jones' broad background comes from her experience in several areas, including telecommunications, communications, telemarketing, multimedia, marketing, training and sales. She has held management positions in Sales, Telecommunications, Communications, Telemarketing, Consulting, and Training. Beverly is certified in Managing for Performance Maximization and Coaching for Performance Maximization.
Beverly has won numerous sales wards and is very active in community service and events.
Beverly considers herself a Perfect Ten. She is the 10th child of fourteen children from the Hankins Family of Byhalia, MS. Needless to say Beverly loves working with people. "She says that she is the kind of person that is rewarded by helping others"
Beverly currently serves as the Youth Advisor for Simply Divine Outreach Ministry in Olive Branch, MS.
Beverly has one daughter Norcandrian "Candi" Jones. Candi is a 6th grade Math teacher at Memphis Academy of Health Sciences. Candi is married to Gerard Arnold. Gerard is an Assistant Running Back Coach at the University of Memphis. Gerard was one of the most prolific backs in the University of Memphis's school history. Beverly Jones is a True Blue University of Memphis Tiger Football Fan.
Beverly has a very special Goddaughter Daijah Holmes.
Beverly studied Business Management at State Technical Institute of Memphis.

Susan McQuown |
A native of New Jersey, Susan has lived in Virginia, Maryland, Florida, and, for the last 25 years in Tennessee. She enjoys the laid-back pace of the city and the old South charm. Antiquing is a favorite hobby as is music, decorating and spending time with her family.
Coming from a background in Real Estate, Property Management and Staffing, Susan brings to People Plus many years of strong management and customer service skills. Her resume includes management positions in Florida and Tennessee. In total, Susan has been with People Plus for 6 years. Her positions have gone from Staffing to Operations Director to the current Human Resources Director. She has loved watching People Plus grow and has enjoyed her growth with it.
Susan looks forward to the continued success of People Plus and being a part of this very exciting industry.

Christina Nichols |
While attending the University of Memphis, Christina Nichols began her journey in the field of business management. She held several key positions while employed with the Hilton Corporation and worked her way in to the management team after a short time.
As a conscious career move, Christina Nichols joined the staff of People Plus, Inc. in February of 2001. She saw many great opportunities with People Plus, Inc. and found excitement in the growing industry of in-store demonstrations. During her time of employment at People Plus, Inc., Christina has advanced to the position of Manager of Client Services.
Because of her interest in this field and the growth of the industry, Christina is looking forward to expanding and exploring the possibilities of the future with People Plus, Inc.
